[投影之窗] 特奧會（Special
Olympics）是特殊奧林匹克運動的頭號賽事。世界特殊奧運會是國際特奧會為全世界智障人士設(shè)立的運動會，每兩年舉辦一次，夏季和冬季交替進(jìn)行。

2007年世界特殊奧林匹克運動會將在中國上海舉辦。這是世界特奧運動會第一次在發(fā)展中國家和亞洲舉行，其規(guī)模將是歷屆之最。這次舉世矚目的體育賽事，是一場頌揚人道主義的盛會，將體現(xiàn)中國政府和中國人民對智障人士的關(guān)愛，贏得國際社會對中國社會文明進(jìn)步進(jìn)一步肯定。 |

這屆運動會的舉辦，將在中國進(jìn)一步弘揚特殊奧林匹克“平等、接受、包容”的精神，進(jìn)一步形成全社會關(guān)愛智障人士的良好氛圍，鼓勵和幫助智障人發(fā)揚“你行我也行”的自尊、自強、自立精神，勇敢、歡樂地走出家庭、融入社會，同鑄共享人類社會繁榮、發(fā)展的成果，奔向“世界和平、人類和諧、全球和睦”的理想境界。
元路科技全體員工齊心協(xié)力、全力以赴，積極配合弱電總包方，運用最新的技術(shù)、最知名的品牌、最好的服務(wù)一舉中標(biāo)上海特奧競賽訓(xùn)練中心會議系統(tǒng)的項目，此項目從方案設(shè)計、設(shè)備供應(yīng)、組織施工及調(diào)試開通均由元路科技配合弱電總包公司完成。該工程于2007年元月開始動工，同年8月完工，整個工程歷時8個月。峻工后的上海特奧競賽訓(xùn)練中心位于上海市松江區(qū)，其中包括可容納400人的多功能報告廳，大、中、小會議室。
近日，中共中央政治局委員、國務(wù)院副總理、2007年上海世界特奧會組委會名譽主席回良玉在參加2007年上海世界特奧會組委會全體會議期間，出席了2007世界特奧運動會中國體育代表團(tuán)成立儀式并為上海特奧競賽訓(xùn)練中心成立揭牌。
在中共上海市委書記、組委會名譽副主席習(xí)近平，市長、組委會主席韓正，國家體育總局局長、組委會副主席劉鵬，國務(wù)院副秘書長、組委會副主席張勇的陪同下出席了特奧中國體育代表團(tuán)成立暨上海特奧競賽訓(xùn)練中心揭牌儀式。中國殘聯(lián)副主席、理事長、組委會副主席湯小泉，副市長、組委會執(zhí)行副主席周太彤分別主持了特奧中國體育代表團(tuán)成立儀式和上海特奧競賽訓(xùn)練中心揭牌儀式。區(qū)委書記盛亞飛、區(qū)長孫建平、區(qū)政協(xié)副主席、區(qū)殘聯(lián)理事長楊云珠也參加了活動。
回良玉為特奧中國體育代表團(tuán)授旗。回良玉等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還先后來到特奧競賽訓(xùn)練中心的室內(nèi)訓(xùn)練廳和室外操場觀摩了特奧運動員體操、乒乓球、足球、高爾夫球等比賽項目的訓(xùn)練。在視察中回良玉強調(diào)，辦好上海特奧會是中央高度重視、國內(nèi)外廣泛關(guān)注的一件大事。

Special Olympics will be held every two years and be carried out in
summer and winter by turns.

is Special Olympics that will be hold in a developing country and Asia
for the first time, whose scale is the largest in the world. The
well-known sports meeting is a pageant that that eulogizes humanism,
which embodies Chinese government and Chinese people’s care for the
retarded, and wins international society’s further approval of china
civilization progress.
The holding of the games will carry forward Olympic Spirit of equality,
acceptance, inclusion further, form good atmosphere of all society’s
care for the retarded, encourage and help the retarded to carry forward
self-respect, Self – confidence, self-support spirit that you can
manage, I also can manage, go out of the home bravely and happily, enter
into the society, create and share result of flourish and development,
run towards ideal condition of world peace, human harmony, globe
harmony.

training center meeting system. The project is complete by light current
supplier company from plan design, equipment supply, organization of
construction, debugging and dredging. The project starts in January,
2007, and is completed in August, 2007. The whole project lasts for
